Meetings, Workshops and Events
Wildwood offers an inspiring and secluded setting for your meeting or retreat, yet is easily accessible from San Francisco and the Bay Area. Just 2 hours drive north of San Francisco, Wildwood’s mountain-top perch ensures privacy, inspiration and comfort.

Comfortably casual yet elegant, Wildwood is host to many retreats, seminars, conferences and workshops that return year after year, including:
  • Professional development trainings
  • Conferences and meetings
  • Yoga retreats
  • Personal and spiritual growth workshops
  • Family reunions and private parties
  • LGBT retreats
  • Weddings, commitment ceremonies and civil unions
Several spacious meeting rooms, all professionally equipped to support your event, can accommodate groups of different sizes. The landscaped gardens, terraces, patios and 200 acres of redwood forest, meadows and hiking trails also provide many places for smaller, more intimate groups to meet while enjoying the spectacular views. Wildwood is well known for the quality of our professional food service, and our chefs will be happy to work with you to create meals that are both delicious and appropriate for your needs. Our chefs can cater meals for your group or you are welcome to hire your own caterer for your event. Depending on the season, Wildwood can accommodate between 48 and 75 overnight guests, and up to 150 day guests.

Groups can rent the property with exclusive use or shared use depending on their need. A peaceful environment in which to work and relax is assured. And because Wildwood is only 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, summers are temperate, dry and very comfortable. Winters can be rainy at times, but temperatures are mild and seldom freeze. Rain brings out the gorgeous ferns, mosses producing many colors of green. The waterfalls and rivers are spectacular.
